Anjuno will never give or sell your personal info to any other company. Your credit card information is never stored, and never seen by anyone. The card number is erased immediately after the sale, for extra protection. No one can steal your credit card information from our servers because it's not there. (This means you'll have to type your card number every time you add money to your account, but it provides extra safety and security for our users.) Anjuno users may modify or remove any of the information contained in their profile at any time by logging into their account and editing their profile. Artists may also modify or remove any content they have added to Anjuno at any time. Anjuno is not responsible for the privacy policies and/or practices on other sites that we link to. Our privacy policy only governs information on Anjuno. Anjuno fan and artist accounts are secured by user-created passwords. We take as much precaution as we can to insure that account information is kept private. Passwords are stored in encrypted files that are only accessible to customer support personnel who need access to assist users. Please note that Anjuno cannot guarantee the complete security of fan or artist account information. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors may compromise the security of member information at any time. Users are urged to also take precautions to protect their personal data by changing passwords often using a combination of letters and numbers, and using a secure web browser. Anjuno operates in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, and does not permit registration by, and will not knowingly collect or use personally identifiable information from anyone under 13 years of age. |
